Antique brass microscope by Ross of London. Microscope housed in original wooden box (lock removed) with various compartments for lenses and attachments (some missing). Interestingly, the box has a period label from NZ Rail indicating it traveled for field work at some time. Original owners name to door interior, worthy of further research.
