For his services he was Mentioned in Despatches in 1945 (L.G. 19/7/1945). This superb lot, contained in a suitcase, consists of : 1939/45 Star, Italy Star, Africa Star (with 8th Army Clasp), Defence Medal, 1939/45 War Medal w/MiD Oafleaf and NZ War Service Medal and the associated medal ribbon bar, MiD Certificate signed by Freyberg, Warrant Officer's Parchment, photo albums (including wartime service), diaries, beret, letters, paybooks, badges, newspaper cuttings.
